Senior Operations Assistant

Supervise and train staff in car washing and grooming technique
- Monitor both individual and teams job performance metrics
- Work together with team on washing and grooming of vehicles as and when needed
- Ensure teams adhere to safe work procedures during operations
- Incident reporting to station manager and HQ on accidents and/ or isolated occurrences
- Assist station manager in staff adherence to company’s SOP
- Ensure site operations run smoothly and maintain housekeeping
- Implement operation plans to improve work processes and service quality
- Responsible for condition of machines and maintenance/ repair of equipment
- Manage stock inventory
- Ensure level of service quality and car washing standards are maintained
- Serve as link between direct reports and middle / upper management
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients.
- Manage complaints and follow up with service recovery
