**Roles & Responsibilities**
**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Assist, support, develop and implement effective initiatives in cultivating and nurturing a pool of bilingual and bicultural, China-savvy and China-ready youth in Singapore.
- Support and assist in executing and enhancing the current programs and activities such as immersion trips, internships, exchange programs, local learning journeys, etc., for the target audience.
- Ensure all operations adhere to organizational & functional policy and SOPs, ensure records and reports are up-to-date, accurate and properly maintained.
- Conduct ongoing macro-scan and analysis of China-ready landscape in Singapore
- Provide support and guidance to youth members, assist with related tasks.
**Qualifications and requirements**
- Degree in Social Science, Economics, Marketing or Business Administration or equivalent.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin.
- Knowledge and interest in Singapore - China developments.
- Passionate about youth development-related work.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (including Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Familiar with Photoshop, Canvas, or other EDM making software/apps will be an advantage.
