**Position Overview**:As the Luxury Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the store's operations, including sales, customer service, staff management, inventory management, and visual merchandising. You will lead by example, fostering a culture of excellence and ensuring that every customer receives personalized attention and exceptional service.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Sales Leadership**:Drive sales performance by setting and achieving sales targets, implementing effective sales strategies, and providing ongoing sales training and support to the team.
- **Customer Service Excellence**:Uphold the highest standards of customer service, ensuring that every customer receives personalized attention and assistance in their shopping journey.
- **Staff Management**:Recruit, train, and develop a team of passionate and knowledgeable sales associates. Provide leadership, guidance, and ongoing feedback to foster a positive and high-performing team culture.
- **Inventory Management**:Oversee inventory control processes to ensure accurate stock levels, minimize shrinkage, and optimize product availability.
- **Visual Merchandising**:Ensure that the store maintains a visually appealing and enticing environment that reflects the brand's luxury aesthetic. Implement effective merchandising strategies to showcase products and drive sales.
- **Operational Excellence**:Maintain operational efficiency and effectiveness by overseeing daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and compliance with company policies and procedures.
- **Client Relationship Management**:Build and maintain strong relationships with VIP clients, providing personalized service and cultivating customer loyalty and repeat business.
- **Performance Analysis**:Analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Develop action plans to address performance gaps and drive continuous improvement.
- **Brand Ambassadorship**:Serve as a brand ambassador, representing the company's values, ethos, and commitment to luxury and excellence both internally and externally.
**Qualifications**:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in luxury retail management, with a proven track record of success in driving sales and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop a high-performing team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers and colleagues.
- Thorough understanding of luxury retail principles, including product knowledge, merchandising techniques, and customer engagement strategies.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze sales data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights to drive business performance.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
