**Responsibilities**:
As a vital member of the Software Development team, your responsibilities will include:

- Utilizing your expertise in either C++ or Rust (or both) to write robust and performant code.
- Utilizing Python for various scripting and integration tasks.
- Continuously enhancing our systems to adapt to evolving trading needs.
- Ensuring the smooth operation and reliability of our trading systems.
- Contributing to a culture of clean, fast, and maintainable code.
- Mentoring and providing technical guidance to less experienced colleagues.
- Driving requirements gathering, coordinating with stakeholders, and leading and managing projects from start to finish.

Projects You Might Work On:
As a Software Developer, you will be involved in a wide range of exciting projects, including but not limited to:

- Efficient processing of market data to provide real-time insights for trading decisions.
- Efficient routing of orders to optimize trade execution and minimize latency.
- Building efficient frameworks and tooling for algorithmic trading strategies.
- Developing tools to manage and track risk exposure in trading operations.
- Exploring and implementing innovative solutions to tackle various challenges in electronic trading.

Qualifications and Experience:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in C++ or Rust, with a solid understanding of object-oriented programming principles.
- Proficiency in Python for scripting and integration tasks.
- Familiarity with low latency or high throughput challenges is highly desirable.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
- Strong commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience in the finance industry (preferred but not required).
