Full set of accounts
- Reconciliation of DO listings
- Check, balance and prepare GST returns
- Daily accounts payable functions such as posting of suppliers’ invoices, processing refunds
- Generating cheques / GIRO payments, preparing of journals and handling staff reimbursement
- To prepare monthly bank reconciliation reports and other monthly reports
- Ensure accurate data entry into Sage ERP system
- Perform month end and year-end closing
- Sort, code and match suppliers’ invoices to ensure invoices are properly accounted for and captured in the accounting system accurately and timely
- Assist in year-end audit and preparation of audit and tax schedules
- Process payment and staff claims
- Preparation and checking of petty cash replenishments
- Any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the Company from time to time
- 5 days work week (8.30am to 5.30pm)

**Salary**: $2,800.00 - $3,400.00 per month
