Hall Attendant

职责 Responsibilities
- 负责并保持佛堂的清洁
- Responsible and maintain the cleanliness of Prayer Halls
- 负责整理和装饰佛堂桌子，确保桌子干净整洁
- Responsible for organising and decorate the prayer tables, ensure the tables are clean and tidy
- 负责执行佛堂的安全规定，例如高峰时段的人群控制、防止信众在佛堂烧香、燃烧蜡烛等
- Responsible in executing the safety regulations in the Prayer Halls, such as crowd controlling during peak times, preventing devotees from burning incense in the Prayer Hall, burning candles etc
- 耐心解答信众的询问并为他们提供优质的服务
- Respond patiently to devotees queries and provide quality service to them
- 协调、订购和安排佛堂物品以拜祭祖先和法会供品
- Coordination, ordering and arranging prayer items to worship ancestral and puja offerings
- 偶尔需要在仓库帮忙
- Occasionally need to help in the warehouse
- 执行主管分配的任何其他任务或职责
- Perform any other tasks or duties assigned by Supervisor

入职要求 Entry Requirements
- 小学阶段
- Prmary level
- 至少 2 年宗教环境工作经验
- Minimum 2 years working experience in a religion environment
- 机动性、良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神
- Mobility, good communication skills and a team player
- 注重细节，能够独立工作并适应变化
- An eye for detail and be able to work independently and adapt to changes
- 能立即上班者优先考虑
- Able to commence work immediately is preferred
