Main Tasks:

- Perform various spa treatments such as massages, facials, and body treatments according to the spa's standards.
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests, addressing their needs and concerns with professionalism and care.
- Promote and sell spa products and services to guests, offering recommendations based on their individual preferences and needs.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of treatment rooms, ensuring a comfortable and relaxing environment for guests.
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and product knowledge.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operation of the spa and maximize guest satisfaction.
- Adhere to all spa policies and procedures, including safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and securely.
