The Data Management - Static officer is a key member in the Accounts Management department. He/She is responsible for static data maintenance in T24, CRM and Filler for client portfolios, counterparties and agents (EAM/EFA/Finder relationships).

**YOUR CHALLENGE**:
**Client Management (internal & external)**
- Establish and build strong relationship through consistent interaction with Front Office/key stakeholders across the Bank regarding the services and support they require and challenges faced
- Manage Front Office’s queries and support troubleshooting
- Deliver consistent service and meet the established SLAs (Service Level Agreements) while complying with the Bank’s policies and procedures, as well as regulatory requirements

**Business Management**
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of opening, closure and static data maintenance (e.g. blocking/unblocking of account, relationship manager reassignment, updating of Client Investment Profile, etc) for Client, Agent and Counterparty records in the Bank’s various systems
- Ensure new account opening welcome pack with relevant enclosures are accurately processed and sent without delay to Client
- Conduct name searches for requests from Compliance / Legal
- Support the team in user acceptance testing
- Understand and possess good knowledge of system/business requirements in how Client/Counterparty/Agent records are maintained/derived
- Strong commitment to quality service and a desire to drive innovation and continuous process improvement initiatives
- Support any ad-hoc tasks / requests as assigned from time to time

**Regulatory Responsibilities &/OR Risk Management**
- Demonstration of appropriate values and behaviours including but not limited to standards on honesty and integrity, due care and diligence, fair dealing (treating customers fairly), management of conflicts of interest, competence and continuous development, adequate risk management, and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

- Previous experience in static data maintenance for Client, Agent (EAM, EFA, Finder) and/or Counterparty records is preferred
- Good knowledge of account documentation requirements in a Private Banking environment will be an advantage
