**Job Description & Requirements**:
We are a fashion jewellery brand but also represents a concept and attitude to life, promoting the spirit of self-love, strength & courage.

We are a professional brand chain operation company that was started 20 years ago that has now expanded into the retail space. We are looking for a new retail assistant to join our team.

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Proactively provide professional customer service and product recommendations to customers
- Cashiering duties
- Addressing customer complaints & inquiries
- Receiving, unpacking and arranging new shipments from suppliers & vendors
- Fulfilling online orders
- Daily housekeeping. Maintain cleanliness and tidiness in the store

**Required Skills**:

- Solid communication and interpersonal skills. Fluent in English.
- Sales and persuasive skills
- Motivated and responsible team player with a strong sense of customer service.
- Responsible & high moral values
- Able to work on weekends and on public holidays
