4. ESH Officer

THE PERSON:

- Bachelor’s degree in environmental / mechanical engineering
- At least 3 years of relevant experience
- Registered Workplace Safety and Health Officer (WSHO) & Fire Safety Manager (FSM)
- Well versed in ISO 45001 and BizSafe Star
- Proficient in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint

THE JOB:

- Responsible for the roles and responsibilities of a Fire Safety Manager
- Ensure compliance with MOM and SCDF safety regulations
- Conduct safety orientations, trainings, meetings, inspections, and audits, as well as follow up with corrective and preventive measures
- Manage and update risk assessments in accordance with the Workplace Safety and Health Act (WSHA), ensuring that all risks are identified and addressed
- File accident and injury reports with the relevant authorities
- Submit mandatory safety reports to internal and external stakeholders
- Maintain all documentations related to safety for audit purposes
- Develop and drive safety, health, and environmental initiatives to foster a strong safety culture across the workforce
- Manage sustainability reporting and initiatives
- Training will be provided
