Able to work 12 hours shift rotation. (8am-8pm Day shift, 8pm-8am Night shift)
- Able to handle daily incidents logged by agencies from government sector
- Able to do first level of troubleshooting or investigation
- Able to work at onsite client sites (Serangoon and Pasir Panjang)
- OT is MUST

Requirement:

- Prefer have network or IT background
