**ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Maintain a full set of finance and accounting books including documented system of accounting policies and procedures. Must fulfill and comply with the various statutory and/or Group requirements
- Ability to implement new work processes according to Company standards
- Ability to enhanced existing work flow according to Company standards
- Compile and analyses financial information to prepare financial statements including monthly and annual accounts
- Prepare and/or review daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting as required
- Preparation of projected management accounts and consolidated financial statements for decision making purposes
- Handle and monitor Project and Capex accounting
- Involved in budgetary process
- Review and submit quarterly GST return
- Ensure that sufficient fund is available to meet ongoing operational and capital investment requirements
- Establish, review and enhance the implementation and maintenance of internal control procedures
- Financial audit preparation and coordination the audit process
- Liaising with overseas offices, company secretary, external and internal auditors and other departments
- To attend to other business functions queries and request in providing data and explanation needed and ensure involvement in daily operations issues which relates to Finance
- Manage ad-hoc accounting functions and assignments when required

**ROLE REQUIREMENTS**
- Degree holder in Accounting/Finance or related discipline and be a qualified chartered accountant
- Professional accounting qualification or equivalent
- Min 5-8 years of relevant experience in finance and accounting
- Sound knowledge in Singapore and International Financial Reporting Standards and local statutory reporting requirement
- Strong in analytical skills and business acumen and highly proficient in the related financial systems/tools
- Good Excel Skills, experience with FACT, SAP and ACCPAC will be an added advantage.
- Good oral and written communication skills especially in English and Chinese
- Proactive, dynamic and able to work independently and meet tight deadlines
- Meticulous, responsible and committed
- A team player, hands-on with good thought process and people management skills

**WORK LOCATION**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $4,000.00 - $5,000.00 per month
