The Regional Product Management team at Shopee is the key focal point between the business, engineering and design teams. The team is responsible for implementing strategy, road maps and features, while adhering to business goals. It covers all functions including but not limited to Financial Services, Supply Chain, Search, Recommendation, Advertising, Order, Promotion, User, Anti-Fraud, Seller Service. - Have an overall comprehensive understanding of content product features.
- Review and improve existing designs of product features.
- Tap on research-backed data to propose new game-changing product features.
- Take active ownership over research and development components of our product roadmaps.
- Collaborate extensively with stakeholders across seniority levels and functions to drive product innovation.
- Make compelling, insightful and strategic recommendations to the Management while working with Product Management, Engineering, Design and Data teams to bring ideas to life.
- Conduct high quality market research and competitor analysis to understand changing consumer needs and business opportunities in e-commerce.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 3 years of experience in Product Management.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or other applied quantitative fields, Master’s Degree is a plus.
- Logical and possesses excellent problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with various in-depth research and analysis methods.
- Possess outstanding design thinking and fluid logical thinking abilities.
- Skilled in preparing presentations, spreadsheets, and actionable data.
- Well-versed in English (spoken and written) and able to share ideas across seniority levels effectively.
- Proficiency in Mandarin (required) to facilitate cross border communications and collaborations.
- Ability to perform in a dynamic environment.
- A growth mindset and a strong passion for content industry.
