Capital Group seeks bright, highly motivated, and self-directed individuals to join our Trading team. As an Equity Trader based in Singapore, you will work alongside traders to disseminate news, market intelligence, and identify trading opportunities relevant to Capital investment professionals’ portfolios.

**Responsibilities**:

- You will generate long-term trading strategies that are appropriate for the market environment and execute trades on a daily basis.
- You will stay up-to-date on industry trends, securities, technologies, and regulatory issues.
- You will liaise with Investment Operations and equity business units to maintain order flow integrity and improve communication.
- You will build and maintain strong internal and external relationships.
- You will perform additional responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications:

- You have more than 3 years of relevant industry experience.
- You are passionate about financial markets.
- You have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- You are able to multi-task effectively with strong attention to detail.
- You are collaborative and excel at developing working relationships.
- You have an interest in analytics, technology solutions, and data analysis.
- You are able to remain nimble and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
