**Senior Sugar Trader (White Sugar).
**Main Responsibility**

To help drive profitability for the business through delivering solutions for a fast-expanding client base, driving the market analytical work, and implementing trading strategies. This role would expose you to a wide scope of learning and career development opportunities.

**Responsibilities**:

- Familiarization with the Company’s markets and industries of interest
- Strategize, implement and execute trading transactions to maximize profit or minimize loss
- Monitor market performance and determine market sentiment via research valuation and data analysis
- Manage daily portfolio exposure analysis, assist in research to support investment forecast
- Perform price marking of specific target commodities
- Handle commodity trading at home and abroad
- Familiar with export/import trade
- Develop and maintain a portfolio of customers’ contacts and contact potential clients to develop new business prospects
- Maintain and analyze a regional physical Sugar Trading book.
- Liaise with all stakeholders across offices
- Travel to meet customers, maintain a network, and increase market information.
- 3rd party entrepreneurial trading
- Provide Investment Team with daily trading information, market movements, and price movements
- Handle banking formalities in connection with import and export
- Ensure timely achievement of KPIs
- Ad hoc task as and when required by the Management

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Economics /Supply Chain/Business/Shipping/International Commerce
- 6-10 years of experience as a Senior Trader in the sugar trading industry
- Good market knowledge of the Sugar industry; preferably white sugar
- Proven track records in trading strategies and commercial experience
- Good MNC Client relationship
- Experience in relationship management, sales & marketing, or procurement
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Written and spoke fluent English
- Speaking the Vietnamese language is an added advantage
- Mature and thoughtful with the ability to operate in a collaborative, team-oriented culture
