**Responsibilities**:
- To assign work tasks to the drivers/operators in the Operation Department.
- To handle customers’ complaints, drivers’ and operators’ feedback and problems.
- Coordinate and interface with internal and external customers on delivery/collection activities.
- Ensuring smooth delivery to customers/site within schedule.
- To schedule job, set priorities, monitor job progress & tracking schedules, communicate changes on job status.
- Application of required customs and LTA permits etcif necessary.
- Other admin and billing functions.
**Requirements**:
- Min GCE 'N' or 'O' Levels
- Min 1 year experience
- PC literate
- Well organize & able to multi-task
- Willing to work in West Area (Company transport from Choa Chu Kang MRT)
