**Hiring Position**: Air Freight Professional Officer

**Requirement(experience)**:Professional level and knowledge required,Minimum 2 years or more preferred

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee day to day operations
- Full responsibilities on all documentation & customer service
- Monitor and ensure all shipments are properly handled within a stipulated operation turnaround time
- Identifying any faults within daily operation, and immediate solution proposals
- Follow and comply to team manager and overall company governance at all times
- Respond and handle customer’s complaint or issue, if any in a fully responsible manner
- Ad-hoc duties as assigned

**Requirements**:

- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS office suites
- Minimum 2 years of related work experience in freight forwarding/logistics industry
- Be familiar with import/export permit declaration and cargo clearance procedures
- Meticulousness, multitasking skills, professional problem solving skills
- Available for immediate employment
- IATA approved DG course certificate

**Work Location: CHANGI AIRFREIGHT CENTRE

Pay: $3,500.00 - $4,000.00 per month
