Building on more than five decades of experience and expertise, NTUC Health is among the largest senior day care, nursing home, and home personal care providers in Singapore. We also offer other services for seniors such as active ageing centres, community support for vulnerable seniors, and a sheltered senior group home. In addition, we run a chain of dental clinics and a family medicine clinic.

**Qualifications**:
- At least a Degree in Human Resource, Business Administration or equivalent At least 7 years of proven track record in similar capacity in mid to large sized, fast-paced organisations**You should be**:
- An effective communicator who is able to build strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders
- A team player who is also highly self-driven and self-motivated
- Able to think critically and creatively to address challenges and devise innovative talent attraction strategies
- Able to manage and prioritise multiple streams of work and time competitive projects
- Attentive to details and possess strong project management skills
**Skills**:
HR Generalist experience; with proficient knowledge on local employment legislation
recruitment
