IT Manager

**IT Manager**:
We are looking for an **IT Manager** to ensure the smooth running of our computer systems within the limits of requirements, specifications, costs and timelines.

**Job Requirements and Qualification**:

- Degree in IT, Computer Science or equivalent
- Minimum 2-3 years’ working experience in a similar capacity, preferably in the Club and /or similar hospitality industries with some accounting background
- Strong technical knowledge in network and infrastructure.
- Strong technical knowledge in server administration (Windows/Linux) and end-user computing software including Windows 10/11, Microsoft Office software
- Strong administration and support skill set on Office 365 & Microsoft Azure
- Strong knowledge on POS systems.
- Good planning and organization skills
- Possess strong communication skills

**Job Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the administration of user accounts, permissions, and access rights.
- Provide end user computing support
- Support the establishment of an appropriate business resilience capability including development and oversight of the periodic testing of the Business Continuity Plan (BCP).
- Ensure meeting of Group’s IT standards, relating to all aspects of IT Infrastructure, Security and System Applications.
- Identify areas of business improvement, drive, and facilitate changes
- Manage and liaise with external vendors for IT related matters
- Analysis of food & beverage costs and sales
