**Responsibilities**:
Assist Shipping Manager, Supervisor - Shipping Services and Supervisor - Port Operations in the performance of their principal duties and responsibilities. Day-to-day communication with Owners/Principals to ensure all the requested services are delivered on time and as planned. Coordinate with the port operations for the smooth execution of vessel operations.
- Prepare permits, schedule shipments
- A-Z - Seafreight & Airfreight - Export / Import / Cross trade - BL, AWB, Permit Declaration, DG Declaration, trucking,invoice and etc.
- Manage shipping documentation formalities to ensure absolute accuracy and compliance
- Process bookings and executes pertinent orders
- Responsible for maintaining timely tracking status accuracy
- Sourcing and qualifying contractors and direct negotiation with carriers for competitive pricing
- Communicate with overseas office / overseas agents / shipping line / clients
- Responsive to internal and external customers’ call for duty, addressing concerns and offer solutions
