**About the Team**:
Our team is growing with the intention of providing top-end legal services and finding creative solutions in the industry.

Your typical day would entail:

- In charge of drafting legal papers (agreements, contracts, legal correspondences etc.)
- When necessary, conducting legal research and negotiating
- Assisting senior lawyers with legal issues
- Attending court hearings
- Assisting in the acquisition of new clients and the expansion of the company

**Responsibilities**
- Assist in drafting, editing, and proof-reading various contracts, resolution, correspondence, and legal documents.
- Assist in legal research.
- Handle legal-related queries.
- Filing of documents on e-litigation.

**Requirements**:

- Called to the Singapore bar with 1 to 4 years of Post Qualification Experience;
- Good command of written and spoken English;
- High level of attention in detail is required.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
- Experience with platforms such as Lawnet etc.;
- Experience with the litigation process, Court procedures, and E-Litigation;
- Ability to draft the usual Court documents and daily correspondence;
- Resourcefulness in researching information online; and
- Ability to work independently and in a fast paced environment.
- A good team player with a positive working attitude is essential.
