- What will you be doing?- Conduct thorough research on the stakeholders and target audience of various project. This includes but is not limited to user research, macro-micro environment analysis, competitive analysis, and stakeholder interviews to define user profiles, needs, behaviours, emotions, and pain points across different touchpoints.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to formulate content strategy. This includes information architecture, customer journey maps, and user scenarios to guide project vision, experience design, and content direction.
- Drive content ideation sessions and stakeholder workshops to derive new concepts, formats, and angles in content offerings that resonate with the target audience.
- Synthesise discovery user research into strategic approaches and deliverables, such as strategic briefs, presentations, and analysis reports.
- Optimise content for search engines (SEO) and UX to improve organic reach, website traffic, and conversion rates.
- Derive approaches to monitor and measure content performance using various tools, generate reports and leverage insights to refine strategies and improve content effectiveness.
- What are we looking for?- Proven track record in conducting user studies, workshops, interviews, and focus groups.
- Strong understanding of user research methodologies, both qualitative and quantitative. Open to using new methods to engage users and in conducting user research.
- Experienced with data analysis and employing visualisation tools to communicate data effectively.
- Familiarity with methodologies such as agile development and design thinking is preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication skills. Comfortable presenting ideas and articulating user research findings and concepts to various stakeholders in small and large group settings.
- Excellent problem solver and ability to work in cross-functional teams.
