The position will be part of a team responsible for the overall supply planning function for the Asia region, in charge of operational supply planning and conducting supply review to help business units achieve higher service level by improving fulfilment, inter-company & allocation plan and align all stake holders on operational plan linked to business objectives.

As a part of JCH Global Supply Chain team, you will work together with the S&OP leader, region sales, country GMs, manufacturing, logistics and finance to execute S&OP process for region.

Collaborate with manufacturing, material planning, demand planning and logistics team to ensure compliance to plan, leading to higher service level.

- This role will lead the transformation of HOW we will implement our world-class digital solutions and deliver promised customer outcome while ensuring Customer delight throughout the journey. This will be complex, multi locational implementations of JCI’s market leading OpenBlue Solutions with focus on smart building technologies and capabilities

**How you will do it**:

- As leader of Public Relations for Johnson Controls-HITACHI you will be responsible for leading the strategy and execution of the Public Relations program for Hitachi Cooling & Heating, and the amplification of the company’s advanced technology story across regional, national, and international news outlets. The role includes story creation and proactive media planning for news, trade and thought leadership outlets to help reinforce and amplify Hitachi as the global leader in smart, healthy and sustainable Cooling & Heating technologies and solutions
- Develop and execute the Global PR strategy, working with key stakeholders across Sales, Marketing and the Executive Teams with the goal of lifting the Hitachi Share-Of-Voice in Targeted Media
- Create a global PR ‘Centre Of Excellence” capability by appointing global PR agency to create content and communication pillars to drive greater awareness around specific HVAC industry talking points, to drive engagement with specific audiences
- Influence ‘on-the-ground’ execution through a combination of in-country Agency & local Marketing Teams resources with a clearly defined PR operating model, R&R & KPIs
- Collaborate with colleagues in the global marketing function on global and cross-regional campaigns and local country teams on new product introductions, announcements & launches
- Use a diverse range of thought leadership content to support outbound communications and engagement via Paid, Owned and Earned coverage (e.g. press releases, advertorials, long-form blogs, paid media investment, video, infographics, pitches)
- Raise the profile of the CEO, C-Level Executive Team & Subject Matter Experts in Hitachi with top tier media outlets and HVAC industry reporters with planned media engagements
- Use data to improve PR performance across both traditional & digital channels, and report on results, drawing insights and providing recommendations for improved performance
- Foster & build relationships with key targeted media contacts globally & in priority regions as part of expanding influence of Hitachi in HVAC industry & broader media
- Develop of crisis communications response plan and take the lead on managing media during crisis if/when occurs
- Partner & support the head of Internal Communications with adhoc communications activities as required
- Be a key senior member of the global Chief Marketing Officers team, working closely with Marketing team members and others to ensure alignment, success metrics and synergy

**What we look for**:

- At least 10 years of experience and a successful track record in a Public Relations/ Media Relations
