- Manage project goals and priorities by collaborating with Sales & Marketing and Operations Teams,
- Research, design, review and evaluate raw materials, processes and equipment.
- Create and develop concepts, products and solutions by working with company business units.
- Ensure that all research and development procedures and steps are documented.
- Develop customer relationships and manage RFP Review, Customers and Product Testing

**Relevant Experience & Educational qualifications**
- Experienced Research and Development Specialist with a demonstrated history of working in the food.
- Skilled in Research and Development (R&D), Quality Control, Statistics, and Nutrition.
- Strong research professional with a Master's degree.
