You will be part of a high-performing housekeeping team at our Flex portfolio - Cantonment / Owen House, playing a pivotal role in ensuring guest satisfaction by providing a clean, comfortable, and inviting environment.

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Clean and tidy guest rooms, including making beds, dusting furniture, vacuuming floors and/or carpets, and cleaning windows and mirrors.
- Replenish amenities and supplies in guest rooms and public areas, such as toiletries, towels, linens, and refreshments.
- Perform laundry duties, including washing, drying, folding, and ironing linens and guest clothing when necessary.
- Empty trash containers and dispose of waste in a sanitary manner.
- Report any maintenance issues or damages to the appropriate personnel for prompt resolution.
- Adhere to established cleaning schedules and procedures to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Follow safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a clean and hazard-free work environment.
- Ensure the worksheet is kept up to date throughout the shift, keys are signed out and kept securely.
- Attend special projects assigned by the Housekeeping Manager.
- Respond promptly to guest requests and inquiries in a courteous and professional manner.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless operations and exceptional guest service.

**The skills, attitude, and experience we require are**:

- Previous experience in housekeeping or a similar role is preferred but not required. Training will be provided.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain high cleanliness standards.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Physical stamina and the ability to perform repetitive tasks, such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Positive attitude and willingness to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
