
Administration Staff Audiometrician

**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Health Assessments and Testing**:
Conduct audiometric, spirometry, and other occupational health tests in both worksite and office environments.
Ensure proper calibration and operation of diagnostic equipment.
Guide clients through testing procedures in a clear and professional manner.
- **Administrative Duties**:
Prepare, organize, and maintain client records and test documentation accurately.
Manage filing systems while ensuring confidentiality and regulatory compliance.
Perform general administrative tasks including scheduling, correspondence, and inventory tracking.
- **Report Management**:
Compile and analyze test results for internal and client use.
Assist in drafting detailed health assessment reports.
Ensure timely submission and follow-up on all required documentation.
- **Office Operations Support**:
Coordinate logistics for offsite testing, including scheduling and equipment preparation.
Provide day-to-day support for office operations to ensure a smooth workflow.
- **Client Interaction and Team Collaboration**:
Serve as a point of contact for client inquiries and deliver excellent customer service.
Work closely with technicians, office staff, and external partners to deliver high-quality occupational health services.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- Certification or relevant experience in audiometric and spirometry testing.
- Strong organizational and administrative abilities with keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Access, Excel, Word, and basic computer functions.
- Experience operating diagnostic equipment and preparing health-related reports.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $4,500.00 - $5,000.00 per month
