**Position summary statement**:
The Pacific Lounge Assistant is responsible for the overall care, hospitality and service given to our residents at the Pacific Lounge.

The Pacific Lounge Assistant provides a very personal, detailed, seamless service to residents. They ensure that residents will have a pleasant dining experience during breakfast. They are also in-charge of serving beverages at the Pacific Lounge all throughout the day.

**Primary Responsibilities**:

- Ensure that the over-all breakfast experience of all residents is pleasant and that the highest standards are adhered to at all times.
- Ensure that all the food and beverage served at the Pacific Lounge is of high quality and taste and is impeccably presented.
- Ensure that the highest standards of food hygiene, safety and sanitation are practiced at all times.
- Deliver a personalized and excellent service that exceeds not only the expectation of the resident but will add a point of difference from the service provided anywhere else within the serviced suite.
- Prepares basic items for breakfast and is able to man the egg station.
- Ensure a high level of product knowledge of the serviced suites and local area.
- Knows all the preferences of the residents and through this, is able to personalize and tailor the services rendered to them.
- Must be able to assist and facilitate requests for all residents.
- Ensure a sales attitude is adopted at all time sand maintain an awareness of all sales opportunities within the Pacific Lounge.
- Relay relevant information about residents to Front Office to ensure a complete and updated guest history as laid down in the Front Office procedures.
- Ensure a high level of liaison is maintained between Pacific Lounge and all other departments within the hotel.
- Ensure the Senior PAs, Assistant Guest Service Manager and Operations Manager are kept fully aware of any relevant feedback from either residents or other departments.
- Ensure efficiency and the maintenance of operational readiness of equipment and supplies
- Maintain the upkeep and over-all cleanliness of the Pacific Lounge and surrounding areas.
- Assist residents who are dining in the Pacific Lounge in operating the equipment.
- To possess a thorough knowledge of Pacific Lounge Operations policies & procedures.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $1,600.00 - $2,200.00 per month
