**Responsibilities**:

- Advise production department on design and engineering faults.
- Analyse designs for operation capability
- Assist in carrying out tests on the numerical models against fundamental design failures.
- Assist in coordinating mechanical and electrical tests on prototype components.
- Create full scale technical drawings using 2D and 3D methods.
- Develop design plan sketches based on client's requirements and engineering calculations.
- Execute system design calculations to ascertain equipment specifications.
- Generate 2D and/or 3D models of prototype designs.
- Identify areas of energy savings in existing operational processes.
- Incorporate details of construction material to be used in production.
- Recommend innovation initiatives.
- Review inputs and guide improvements.
- Specify appropriate advanced analytical techniques to create information which supports decision-making.
- Validate design data collated by co-workers.
- Communicate and liaise with material suppliers, customers and sales staff.
- Monitor, update and control all mechanical drawings and documentation in the company.
- Responsible for Quality Control checking before delivery.
- Responsible for risk management of the product.
- Responsible for product release.

**Requirements**:

- Solidworks CAD software, Excel
- Mechanical study background
- At least 1 years of relevant working experience
