**Job responsibilities**:
- Understand contract requirements and M&E specifications in order to monitor progress, quality of workmanship and compliance with project requirements/construction schedule
- Prepare M&E coordination drawings and liaise with Architectural Coordinators and Design Engineers for drawing issuance
- Coordinate and assist site superintendent on installation and maintenance of site utilities services
- Responsible for the supervision & coordination of M&E works at project site
- Check for discrepancies, defects, inconsistency in drawings
- Monitor progress, quality of workmanship and compliance with requirements
- Supervise /track on-going site works on Master Program
- Assess and verify M&E sub-contractors claims
**Qualification**:
- Diploma/ Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or relevant disciplines from recognized institutions
- Higher-Nitec in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering from ITE
