**Responsibilities**
- Assist in determining and assigning resources for each work packages or task
- Responsible to lead on-site installation works daily basis
- Plan and prepare for weekly, two weekly looks ahead schedules with PM, Engineers
- Liaise with Engineers & PM to Estimate work schedule, resources and hours required
- Validate and track quality, efficiency, and deliverables are meeting client expectations
- Study the drawings and have it updated with on-site installation works periodically
- Responsible for identifying roadblocks on site and communicate to stakeholders to get it solved
- Coordinate with GC / other site partners well prior to work commencement to avoid work delay of trade partners
- Facilitate smooth installation works on site with timely liaison with relevant stakeholders
- Support Engineers in preparation of final as-built drawing
- Validates all material required to complete the work packages
- Be logistic Lead and support Engineers to validate BOM, drawing review, mark ups
- Support Engineers and coordinate with Trade partners to compile BOM for OFCI, CFCI
- Ensure Trade partners consumable list are up to date
- Liaise with GC / logistic partners for on-site delivery of material on time
- Coordinate and plan with needed teams, raise request material for installation
- Ensure logistics workflow is followed, join logistic meetings and act as logistic lead
- Support Project Engineers in developing work package, monitoring progress
- Coordinate with GC team members for onsite service clashes and resolve it promptly
- Manage the work package well within the scheduled time with quality
- Join Project meetings and provide team with inputs for value added deliverables

**Skill/Knowledge Requirements**
- 5+ years' experience in the telecommunication cabling industry
- Ensure the installation done as per IFC drawings and resolve any conflicts prior to installation
- Have an understanding and knowledge on quality of work and thoroughness of installation workday to day basis
- Ability in reading and understanding telecommunications drawings, design and build.
- Have good communications and people skills in dealing with client, vendors, and co-workers
- Perform any other ad-hoc works as assigned by client / Site PM
