**Job Scopes**:

- Manage all project cost elements.
- Perform detailed project assessments, including cost estimation and scheduling deliverables.
- Develop and maintain client relationships to secure projects through direct interaction.
- Negotiate client contracts and work with office staff to prepare quotes and secure necessary permits.
- Ensure on-site and off-site activities comply with safety and environmental regulations.
- Coordinate with both skilled and unskilled workers, as well as subcontractors, to enhance project efficiency.
- Review daily work progress to meet contractual performance requirements.
- Collaborate with office staff to prepare internal and external project status reports and attend relevant meetings.
- Anticipate and resolve issues proactively, implementing preventive measures as needed.
- Undertake additional duties as assigned by management from time to time.

**Requirements**:

- Prefer to have Class 3 license
- At least 5 - 10 years of experience in related field
- Strong proficiency in estimating project costs is highly preferred.
- In-depth knowledge of steel structure and metal works construction procedures.
- Familiarity with applicable safety regulations and requirements of local authorities.

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay
