As Instrumentation & Electrical Maintenance Lead, you’ll be championing the responsibility for all activities associated to the facility and equipment maintenance and reliability. You’ll be managing the Instrumentation & Electrical maintenance team and has direct responsibility for all maintenance activities as required to meet local regulatory requirements, production demand, and customers’ expectations.

As an Instrumentation & Electrical Maintenance Lead, you will be responsible for:

- Being responsible for Preventive and Corrective Maintenance for facility, equipment (Instruments & electrical equipment) tasks, Air dryers, ABB DCS interface, Cooling towers, reactors, blenders, Mag pumps, Utilities etc
- Maintaining Plant control system related equipment’s, SIS or batch equipment
- Monitoring the serviceability of plant equipment and facilities and ensure they adhere to safety, housekeeping, and environmental requirements.
- Coordinating and supervising contract maintenance work.
- Managing facility, equipment upgrades & maintenance and inventory.
- Reading and interpreting electrical & electronic single line diagrams and piping & instrumentation diagrams
- Participating and involving Incident Investigation, Non-conformance, Corrective Actions and Reporting

To be successful in this role you will:

- Have Diploma in Instrument / electrical Engineering.
- Have minimum 7 years of practical experience in relevant field with in-depth knowledge of electrical systems.
- Have good working knowledge and hands on experience in chemical plant instruments & electrical equipment.
- Have worked in Oilfields or Specialty chemicals Industry (Batch Processing Plant)
- Have good collaboration skills, ability to work in groups and supervise the team.
- Have good organizational, multi-tasking and time management skills,
- Have ability to work off-hours and weekends, as needed
- Have good oral and written communication skills
- Have SAP, Basic Microsoft Office Skills - Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint
