We are seeking a highly motivated and talented Junior Sous Chef to join our culinary team at [Company Name]. As a Junior Sous Chef, you will work closely with our Executive Chef and Sous Chef to ensure the smooth operation of our kitchen and deliver exceptional dining experiences to our guests.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Assist in the preparation and execution of daily menus, ensuring the highest quality of food is served
- Supervise and train kitchen staff in various culinary techniques and proper food handling procedures
- Collaborate with the culinary team to develop new recipes and innovative menu items
- Maintain inventory levels, monitor food costs, and ensure proper storage and rotation of ingredients
- Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment
- Assist in managing the kitchen operations in the absence of the Sous Chef

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Willing to sign a 3 years employment bond with the company
- Previous experience in a professional kitchen, preferably as a Line Cook or Chef de Partie
- Culinary degree or diploma from an accredited institution is preferred
- Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, ingredients, and kitchen equipment
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality food
- Ability to work well within a team and take direction from superiors
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
