**Conduct Training**:
**Program Development**:
Collaborate with the Head of Department (HOD) ICT to develop training programs and resources that align with the school's needs and interests, ensuring students achieve proficiency in baseline ICT skills.

**Resource Development**:
Create training materials for both student and staff training sessions.

**Staff and Club Training**:
Assist in ICT-related training for staff, InfoComm Club, and ICT Student Leaders.

Inventory Management:
Manage the inventory of AV/IT equipment across various school locations (classrooms, hall, parade square, special rooms, etc.) to support school events and needs.

**Event Support**:
Provide technical support for school functions, including setting up and managing Public Address (PA) equipment for events such as National Day and Awards Day.

Support Zoom meetings/webinars.

**Media Management**:
Assist in photography and videography for school events, including photo and video editing.

Archive, manage, and organize the school's media collection (photos, videos, documents, etc.).

**Website Support**:
Assist in the design and maintenance of the school website.

**Technical Support**:
Provide technical support in computer labs and small-group teaching sessions to meet students’ learning needs.

**Assessment and Monitoring**:
Assist in assessing students and monitoring the effectiveness of ICT-related teaching programs.

Work with the HOD/SH ICT to recommend improvements to enhance students' learning experiences.

**Work Timing**:

- Mondays to Thursdays: 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM (inclusive of 1-hour lunch break)
- Fridays: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (inclusive of 1-hour lunch break)
- If required to work beyond the stipulated hours, working hours will be adjusted accordingly within the daily working hours.
- May occasionally be required to report at 7:00 AM to support school events.
- Service may be required on Saturdays to support school events.
- Working hours may be adjusted by the Authority with prior notice.

**Requirements**:

- At least a Polytechnic Diploma or equivalent in a related field.
- Strong command of English (written and oral).
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Proficient in Google Apps (Drive, Docs, Slides, Sheets, Sites).
- Preferably experienced with iOS devices (iPad, iMac, MacBook) and iOS apps (Keynote, Pages, Numbers).
- STEM and Coding: Intermediate knowledge in STEM or coding (Python, C-programming, Arduino, Micro:bit, Apple SWIFT playground) is an added advantage.

**Additional Skills**:
Experience in animation, mobile learning development, basic programming, video filming, and editing.

Strong project management skills. Excellent team player with good interpersonal and communication skills.
