Establish and maintain solid customer relationships with new and existing counterparties, including regular visits and daily communications.

Track and monitor world petroleum market movements, and actively communicate internally to ensure adequate understanding of product fundamentals.

Routine departmental and interdepartmental reporting as reuired.

Carry out other duties assigned by Managing Director, Deputy Managing Director and General Manager as and when necessary.

**Requirements**:
Master degree is necessary

At least 5 years of relevant experience in oil trading industries.

Good knowledge of Chinese domestic gasoline, naphtha, and blending components trading market, capable to monitor the arbitrage econs of importing and exporting from time to time.

Good knowledge of regulation mechanism in both Singapore and China, especially regulation by the SASAC (State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council).

Proficient in MS Office (Excel, World, Power Point).

Ability to communicate in fluent English to communicate with colleague and clients well.

Ability to speak and write in Chinese is required to communicate with Chinese speaking associates and clients, and capable to prepare formal and written week / monthly analysis and summary report in Chinese independently and report to headquarter managements in China.

Frequent travel to target areas such as India, Philipine, China (Shandong Province)etc. is required.

Strong negotiation and analytical skills with a strategic mind.

Meticulous with good communication and presentation skill.

An effective team player who is innovative and forward thinking.
