Manager (Cybersecurity Penetration Test Consultant)

**Job Description**:

- Manage and schedule Cybersecurity VAPT and Source Code Review (Cybersecurity Tests) for the organisation’s Applications/APIs/Networks/On-Premise and Cloud ICT Infrastructures
- Engage and establish scope of Cybersecurity tests, schedule, remediation timeline, advise remediation actions and ensure remediation closures with project teams and stakeholders
- Vendor management with Cybersecurity test vendors to carry out Cybersecurity tests, verify test report quality, closure, resource management and payment
- Manage on-premise and cloud Cybersecurity test infrastructures
- Provide support to Cyberops on Cybersecurity intrusion investigations
- Publish, review and assess impacts on security test policies, procedures, and standards
- Provide audit coordination support related to Cybersecurity tests
- Provide Cybersecurity test metrics collation and analysis for improvement, reporting and submission

**Requirements**:

- Qualifications in Computer Science, Information Systems or related disciplines
- Certification in Offensive Security and/or Council of Registered Ethical Security Testers (CREST) is preferred
- Understands current Cybersecurity landscape, evolving threats and keen interest in staying informed of industry trends

Skill Set
- Well versed and working experience with vulnerability assessment, penetration testing and source code review tools e.g.:

- Tenable Nessus
- Burp Suite Professional
- Kali Linux
- Nmap
- Source Code Review tools e.g. Microfocus Fortify
- OWASP dependency check
- Well versed in OWASP Top 10 and CWE/SANS Top 25 associated result analysis and remediation methods
- Well versed in the following test methodologies:

- Open Source Security Testing Methodology Manual (OSSTMM);
- Open Web Application Security Project (OWASP) Testing Guide;
- OWASP Mobile Security Testing Guide; and
- Penetration Testing Execution Standard (PTES)
- Experience in government IM8 Policies and Standards will be an advantage
- Experience in the following areas will be preferred:

- At least 3 years of working experience in VAPT and Source Code Review
- Performed Red Team penetration tests and/or bug bounty
- Worked in government agencies in a similar role or capacity
