**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop detailed 2D and 3D electrical drawings and models using AutoCAD and Revit (BIM).
- Produce accurate shop drawings, coordination drawings, and as-built documentation for electrical systems (lighting, power, Single-Line Diagrams (SLD), Lightning Protection System (LPS), Underground Piping, ELV (CCTV, Card Access, EVC), etc.).
- Coordinate electrical services with other disciplines (mechanical, structural, architectural) through BIM coordination platforms like Navisworks.
- Participate in BIM coordination meetings and resolve clashes using BIM tools.
- Update and maintain BIM models according to design changes or site conditions.
- Ensure compliance with BCA BIM standards and project-specific requirements.
- Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and site teams to support smooth project execution.
- Maintain proper documentation and drawing archives.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or ITE certification in Electrical Engineering, Building Services, or related discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant drafting and BIM modelling experience in the electrical or M&E construction industry.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit MEP
- Familiarity with Singapore construction standards and codes
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
- Strong attention to detail, coordination skills, and ability to work independently.
- Good communication and team collaboration skills.
- Experience with industrial projects is an advantage.
