- Perform wide range of facial treatments to customers through excellent skill and customer service attitude
- Provide professional recommendations to customers on the suitable products, treatments and packages based on skin types
- Responsible for the maintenance of cleanliness and neatness of the spa facilities and treatment rooms
- Handle customer queries and concerns as and when necessary
- Trained by doctors and other trainers on latest treatment and products
- Good career path as the Company has a culture to promote internally and most of the management were groomed internally
- Other ad hoc duties assigned by the outlet manager

Job Requirements:

- ITE / WSQ certificate, CIBTAC, CIDESCO, and etc
- Customer service oriented
- Positive attitude, self-motivated and discipline individuals
