PPP Coffee, formerly known as Papa Palheta, is a leading specialty coffee roaster in Singapore, with over 10 years of sourcing, roasting and serving specialty coffee to the community through its owner-operated F&B outlets, as well as its network of over 50 partner cafes, restaurants and offices. Established in 2009, PPP Coffee is also one of the first to launch a first-of-its-kind open-concept roastery housed in an Art Deco shophouse in the Jalan Besar precincts of Singapore.

PPP Coffee is looking for individuals who are not only passionate about making a good cup, but also sharing the story of our people, place and product. If this sounds like you, we want you to be part of our barista team.
- Responsible for the day-to-day operations at the bar
- Perform barback duties such as cashiering and preparation of drinks from espressos to pour overs
- Maintain sufficient stock level at the bar and proper maintenance and care for all bar equipment
- Maintain a clean work area throughout the day
- Provide product recommendations for customers and interact with customers seated at the bar seats
- Participate in R&D and trainings and stay up-to-date with products/services offered
- Mentor, guide and provide on-the-job training for junior staff
- Assist with front-of-house duties such as runner, host and server as required
- Represent PPP Coffee as a barista at offsite events

**Requirements**:

- Able to do 6-day work week, including weekends and public holidays: 7.30am to 3.30pm, 2.30pm to 10.30pm
- Minimum 1 year of experience working in a F&B industry; experience in coffee making is required
- Good understanding of the various types of coffee range
- Service-oriented
- Able to communicate with a diverse group of people in written and spoken English
- Able to multitask and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
