**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and supervise the installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems, including power distribution, lighting, instrumentation, and control panels.
- Review electrical drawings, single-line diagrams, and technical specifications to ensure compliance with project and safety standards (e.g., SS, IEC).
- Coordinate with clients, main contractors, and subcontractors to ensure the smooth execution of electrical works within schedule and budget.
- Conduct site inspections, quality checks, and tests (e.g., megger test, continuity test) to ensure the highest quality of workmanship.
- Prepare method statements, risk assessments, and daily progress reports.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any electrical issues that arise during the construction phase.
- Ensure strict adherence to all workplace safety and health (WSH) regulations and electrical safety procedures.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in electrical installation construction management, specifically within the pharmaceutical, chemical, or petrochemical sectors.
- Proficiency in both spoken and written **English and Mandarin**is mandatory to liaise effectively with various stakeholders.
- In-depth knowledge of electrical codes and standards relevant to Singapore.
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced project environment.
