**Responsibilities & Requirements Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for all sales related activities for the consumer business within the Asia region. Your primary goal will be to achieve the regional sales revenue goal as agreed in the yearly budgeting exercise along with proper management of the sales team that will be reporting into you.

Your job scope will require you to travel extensively between the two main hubs of HK and Singapore and sometimes to the other markets in Asia (e.g. China/Malaysia/Thailand/Japan/South Korea/Taiwan/Vietnam, Indonesia/Philippines, etc.).

You will be responsible for training of all teams reporting into the Sales Hub which will include passing on the business’ best practices regarding lead management/ costings and negotiation skills.

**Key KPI’s**
- Achieve monthly/quarterly and yearly budgeted numbers for each individual market within the regional hubs
- Lay out plans to mitigate any risks to shortfalls in targeted revenues
- Achieve the minimum targeted profit margin of 30% for each regional hub
- Achieve the minimum targeted lead conversion and closing ratio for each of the regional hubs
- Enable each team member to achieve and exceed individual targets through extensive training and leadership
- Create a positive and competitive working environment to increase productivity
- Implement predefined business processes from lead arrival to closure whilst monitoring the success of this processes
- Implement predefined business processes for the management of large revenue bookings and personally assist the team to increase closing ratio’s
- Implement predefined business processes for data integrity within the consumer CRM
- Work closely with management to develop the regional market as and when required to bring growth to the business
- To follow the business requirement of lead to quote time to generate more business through the use of the Yembo Virtual Survey tool
- To follow the business requirement of conversion ratios of shipment protection and any other future upsell products introduced by management
- To source for suitable vendors in different markets in order to improve our service level and costs
- To support Sales Director Asia and Head of Consumer Asia on different Sales Events and Projects - Escalation Handling
- Maintain high level of customer satisfaction survey in the region
- Vendors Management
- Shipment Protection Claims
- Setting up new entities in different locations
- Local Marketing Campaign
- Agents/Vendors Relationship

**Requirements**:

- A strategic, driven, and result-oriented sales professional
- 8-10 years of experience in client-servicing / sales roles in relocation industry
- Has had experience in leading sales teams with a proven track record of consistently achieving targets
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Excellent interpersonal skills and possess the ability to lead and inspire a team, solve problems, and collaborate with multi-functional units
- Is able to work under pressure, strong in planning, well organized, and able to prioritize effectively
