**Assistant Manager, Accounts Receivables (AR) & Projects**
- Location: West (Hybrid Flexible Working Hours) and Highly Accessible from MRT
- 5 days work week

**_Responsibilities_**
- Take lead to manage cross functional team on AR specific projects, able to implement new AR tools or participating in AR related improvement projects
- Ensure compliance with statutory audit & internal audit requirement on AR processes
- Ensure prompt and accurate accounts, bank reconciliation.
- Execute the collection process for defined receipt channels.
- Define, organize, and develop cash & collection processes.
- Follow up on relevant queries and solving escalations from customers and operations.
- Produce monthly reports and AR month end closing.
- Provide supporting documentation for audits.

**_Qualifications_**
- Diploma/Degree in Finance & Accounting with min 5 years experience in handling Accounts Receivable (AR) operations/transactions & AR Projects from food related/services driven industries
- Proficient on MS Office (Excel) or G Suites
- Knowledge on SAP Hana is an added advantage.
- Possess high initiative to drive & lead projects, strong stakeholder management experience, able to front projects confidently
