**About the Job**

We are looking for a smart, fun, energetic and passionate People Intern to join our global People team based in our Singapore HQ You are driven and passionate about learning what goes behind the scenes to engage, develop, motivate, and retain a team of Superstars in a fast-moving company. You love meeting new people and cultures and you are comfortable interacting with people from various backgrounds and levels. You are independent, fired up, and ready to support all team members, potential and current, to become Superstars.

**Responsibilities**

You will have the rare opportunity to explore all functions under the People team. This includes people operations, planning and executing employee engagement activities, recruitment and sourcing, employee branding and talent engagement. We’re looking for a friendly, eager to learn collaborator who’s ready to not only take ownership of projects, but also takes pride in the everyday hands-on tasks required to maintain our people operations.

Even if you’re completely new to the scope, so long as you’re curious, resourceful and committed to finding ways to make the big vision happen, we would love to have you on board

Some responsibilities you will get to own include:

- Support the day-to-day People operations - duties include but are not limited to onboarding preparations, HRIS platform administration, and budget trackers
- Build strong relationships with interns across the business, conducting their onboarding and checking in throughout their time at Supernova
- Creating and editing an engaging monthly newsletter for our employees
- Support in the management and tracking of office assets and product stock
- Collaborate with the management and people team to create our company wide meeting slides.
- Assisting with the managing of office related matters such as pantry, office supplies, and facility maintenance
- Planning and executing engaging social events for our employees
- Support the talent acquisition team in coordinating interviews
- Any other ad hoc tasks as required

**Your Profile**
- Previous internship experience preferred but not necessary
- Diploma or Degree in HR, Psychology or related field preferred or a keen interest in People functions
- Familiarity with design software such as Canva, video editing software is a bonus
- Basic proficiency in Excel
- Excellent interpersonal skills, able to easily establish and build rapport with others
- Professional attitude with an ability to maintain confidential and sensitive information
- Strong command of English with impeccable grammar
- Excellent attention to detail and organisation skills
- Self-starter, independent and highly motivated
- Positive attitude and highly adaptable
- Thrive in a fast paced startup environment
- Able to commit for at least 6 months
