**Key Responsibilities**
- Work together with other Sales team members and other relevant departments to manage and coordinate customer orders from preparing proposals, tender documents, production to delivery
- In charge of monitoring, controlling and updating BOM, drawings, and specifications for products
- In charge of production job launch upon receiving purchase orders
- Monitor consigned items, purchasing of raw materials and delivery schedules
- Project Lead for various projects/tasks

- Possess a Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related
- Proficient with MS Office tools
- Knowledge of metal/ oilfield components and equipment will be an added advantage
- Work experience in a manufacturing company will be an added advantage
