**Key Responsibilities:
**Content Strategy and Execution**:

- Develop and execute social media content strategies and publishing calendars for SCOGA's clients.
- Ensure a consistent brand voice across multiple platforms and projects.
- Create engaging copy and visuals to connect with the Gen Z/Millennial audience.

**Community Engagement**:

- Monitor and engage with users on all social media channels promptly.
- Curate, craft, schedule, and post content regularly.
- Experiment with new ideas and formats to keep content fresh and engaging.

**Content Creation**:

- Shoot and edit photos and videos, including filming and editing video content when needed.
- Design and create visual assets, including banners, images, landing pages, EDMs, etc.

**Campaign Management**:

- Create and manage paid social media campaigns for advertising purposes.
- Monitor metrics to determine the return on investment (ROI) of campaigns.

**Client Communication**:

- Communicate directly with clients for approval of workflows and urgent publishing requests.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their brand voice and goals.

**Data Analysis and Optimization**:

- Regularly review data to analyze and optimize social media performance.
- Stay informed about social media trends and platform changes.

**Skills and Experience**:

- Bachelor's degree (BA or BS) from an accredited university or equivalent experience in the gaming industry.
- Proficient in Adobe suite of products such as Premiere Pro, After Effects, Lightroom, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
- Knowledge of SEO and social media analytics is advantageous.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.
- Familiarity with global gaming markets and trends.
- Passion for gaming and a deep understanding of social media trends.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and clients.
- Ability to engage and create conversations with communities in the gaming space.
- Experience with social media publishing and analytics tools (e.g., Buffer, Socialbakers, Sproutsocial, etc.).

**Additional Information**:

- The ability to shoot and edit photos and videos is a requirement.
- Availability to work on weekends during major events (OIL will be provided).
