**About the programme**:
Unlock BIG Possibilities with Singtel’s Management Associate Programme (MAP). Our two-year flagship programme is designed to nurture the next generation of leaders, offering professional coaching, tailored development opportunities, and impactful experiences to fast-track your career. Embark on a journey of growth, purpose, and leadership with us.

**The Experience**
- 2 tracks: Business or Technology
- 2 rotations across Singtel Group of companies
- Curated career pathways to build your business acumen
- Direct mentoring from our Executives

**Who are we looking for?**
- Hold a Bachelor or Master’s degree from a recognized university in any discipline.
- Undergraduates who will be graduate by July 2026 are eligible to apply.
- Have less than two years of work experience.
- Are passionate about technology and driving impact.
- Demonstrate a strong record of leadership.
- Communicate effectively with people at all levels.
- Are agile and motivated to thrive in a global, dynamic business environment

**Application Process**:

- Innovation Challenge (November - December)
- Behavioural Interview (December - January)
