Manages all day-to-day operations of the bakery section of the kitchen.
- Able to produce all baked goods including all kind of breads and rolls, croissants, brioche and doughnuts etc.
- Able to develop, designs, or creates new ideas and items.
- Create new and exciting products to renew menus and engage the interest of customers.
- Ensure excellent quality throughout the products offerings.
- Follows proper handling and right temperature of all food products.
- Coordinates activities of cooks and workers engaged in food preparation.
- Supervise and coordinate all pastry and bread preparation and presentation.
- Checks the quality of raw and cooked food products to ensure that standards are met.
- Monitor stocks for baking ingredients such as flour, sugar etc. and make appropriate orders within budget.
- Check quality of material and condition of equipment and devices used for cooking.
- Attends all scheduled employee meetings and brings suggestions for improvement.
- Maintains cleanliness and organization in all work areas.

**Job Requirements**:

- At least 2 years’ experience in high volume bakery
- Must have bread baking knowledge especially croissants
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

**Salary**: $2,400.00 - $3,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Holidays
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
