Job Title: Indian Cuisine - Sous Chef

Location: Singapore

A new restaurant opening in Singapore, is looking for 2 experienced Indian/Pakistani

Sous Chefs to join our team. As a sous Chef, you will be responsible for the preparation, seasoning and cooking of food, checking the food quality at all stages, portioning food, and adding dressings to ensure great presentation of veg Indian and Pakistani Street food.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare, season and cook Indian cuisine, including Dosa and Uttapam, Indian chats and Parathas.
- Check the quality of food at all stages of preparation.
- Portion food and add dressings to ensure great presentation.
- Oversee kitchen operation to ensure that it runs smoothly.
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in cooking Indian cuisine.
- Must have experience making Dosa and Uttapam.
- Able to make Indian chats and Parathas.
- Strong knowledge of Indian cuisine and cooking techniques.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
