We are seeking a talented and experienced Branded Goods Coloring Specialist to join our team. The Coloring Specialist will be responsible for color restoration, enhancement, and customization of branded goods, ensuring that they meet or exceed brand standards and customer expectations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Color Restoration**:Assess the color condition of branded goods, identifying areas requiring restoration or touch-up.
Utilize appropriate techniques and materials to restore color to its original vibrancy and shade.
- **Color Enhancement**:Enhance the color of branded goods to improve overall appearance and appeal.
Employ various coloring techniques, such as airbrushing, hand painting, and dyeing, to achieve desired results.
- **Customization**:Collaborate with clients to customize branded goods according to their preferences and specifications.
Create custom color schemes, patterns, and designs to personalize items.
- **Color Matching**:Match colors accurately to ensure consistency with brand standards and existing products.
Use color-matching tools and techniques to achieve precise color matches.
- **Surface Preparation**:Prepare surfaces of branded goods for coloring by cleaning, priming, and pre-treating as necessary.
- **Quality Control**:Conduct quality checks throughout the coloring process to ensure uniformity, accuracy, and adherence to specifications.
Address any color discrepancies or imperfections promptly and effectively.
- **Documentation**:Maintain detailed records of color formulas, techniques, and processes used for each project.
Document color specifications and client preferences for future reference.
- **Equipment Maintenance**:Maintain and care for coloring equipment, tools, and materials to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment as needed.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**:Proven experience as a Coloring Specialist for branded goods, with expertise in color restoration, enhancement, and customization.
- **Color Theory**:Strong understanding of color theory, including color mixing, shading, and blending techniques.
- **Technical Skills**:Proficiency in various coloring techniques and materials, including airbrushing, painting, and dyeing.
- **Creativity**:Creative flair and artistic ability to develop custom color schemes and designs.
- **Problem-Solving**:Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot color-related issues effectively.
