**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute effective lead generation strategies on social media accounts (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, XHS, etc.).
- Manage social media calendars for effective content planning and scheduling.
- Source and manage user-generated content (UGC) creators that align with our brand identity and values.
- Track, analyze, and optimize lead generation strategies and other marketing campaigns.
- Perform creative copywriting for social media captions, blog posts, and content.
- Curate organic social media content that resonates with our audience and drives engagement.
- Coordinate with marketing team members to brainstorm and develop innovative marketing ideas and strategies.
- Oversee and coordinate various marketing initiatives from conception to execution for marketing projects/campaigns.
- Create and refine videos/photos for social media and UGC content, ensuring they meet high-quality standards and align with our brand consistency.
- Lead the execution of marketing campaigns, including digital, print, social media, and events.
- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of marketing campaigns.

**Job Requirements**:

- At least 3 years of experience in marketing.
- At least 1 year of experience in handling and managing social media accounts (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook).
- Basic knowledge and software skills of Canva, Capcut, and/or Adobe.
- Have a portfolio of most recent works (School / Work).
- Possess a strong command of English, with exceptional creative and persuasive copywriting skills.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Able to work independently, manage time effectively, communicate well, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and maintain attention to detail for consistent brand messaging.
- Must be a local that is able to work in Singapore without a permit.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $3,500.00 - $3,800.00 per month
